For its part, the Korpus Energy® franchisor undertakes by contract to pass on its know-how and training to the franchisee and to provide assistance throughout the duration of the exploitation of its concept and its development. It also undertakes to grant it territorial exclusivity for the exploitation of its Korpus Energy® brand in order to guarantee it a sufficient catchment area without competition from the other members of its network.

The franchisor also undertakes to supply the products at a competitive market price and within a short period of time.
